By accessing or using Brick Budget (the website, hosted MCP/API and Cart Helper together are the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Read these terms with our Privacy Policy.

Brick Budget is an independent informational tool for LEGO® catalogue browsing, recorded-price comparisons and build planning. Your website budget stays in your browser. MCP results do not automatically read or change it. Compatible assistants may use the documented tools within service limits; your assistant provider’s own terms also apply. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

The Service cannot place orders, make payments or complete checkout for you. Cart Helper assists with adding selected items to a retailer’s cart; review the items, quantities, price, shipping and retailer terms yourself before buying. Your purchase contract is with the retailer.

Brick Budget is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, authorised, sponsored, or endorsed by the LEGO Group, nor by BrickLink, Rebrickable, or any store or retailer referenced on the site. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, and all other product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners; their use here is for identification and reference only.

Catalogue data, prices, and availability are gathered from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Prices change frequently and vary by region. Always confirm the current price, availability, and details on the retailer's own site before making a purchase. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Prices are recorded observations, not guaranteed checkout totals. BrickLink values are benchmarks, not individual seller offers. Comparisons use one stored currency without conversion and exclude shipping, checkout fees and seller-basket optimisation. Missing data is not proof of unavailability. Smart Suggestions estimates are not guaranteed savings or historical-low claims. Check retailer details and AI-generated interpretations before acting.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• bypass rate limits, evade access restrictions, harvest data beyond documented tool use, or place abusive or excessive load on the Service;
• attempt to disrupt the Service, access data without authorisation, or exploit security vulnerabilities;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our permission.

The small plugin wrapper’s metadata and documentation are licensed under MIT where its package says so. This does not license the hosted website, backend, database, catalogue data, artwork or trademarks. Third-party rights remain with their owners. We may limit or suspend access to protect service availability, investigate abuse or comply with law.

The Service links to third-party websites (such as stores and reference sites). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, products, or policies. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick Budget will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data — including purchasing decisions made based on prices or availability shown here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
